En tant que pays riche, cela<br \/>est non seulement faisable, mais peut \u00e9galement constituer une nouvelle source de prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 pour<br \/>notre pays. Des incitations et des conditions-cadres doivent \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9es afin que, par exemple, les b\u00e2timents<br \/>puissent \u00eatre r\u00e9nov\u00e9s et que tous les syst\u00e8mes de chauAage au mazout et au gaz puissent \u00eatre convertis pour fonctionner aux \u00e9nergies renouvelables.
